St Omer Barracks incident – what happened as far as we know

Imagine a man who woke up one morning and thought, “You know what this world needs? A bit of dramatic flair!” So, he revved up his car and turned an old army barracks into his personal demolition derby. He smashed through the barriers like he was auditioning for an action movie.
